Where to find Filter ID ?

I need to use the ID of a filter for certian gadgets but for the life of me I can't figure out where this treasure is hidden. Any ideas?

When you click on a filter, you can find the id on the browser URL. Something like this:

https://xxx/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?mode=hide&requestId=12830</strong<>>
