AIO Tests has a very simple and intuitive interface and it offers a wide range of reports and gadgets.
AIO Tests is one of the few test management tools that do not treat test entities like cases, executions, cycles, runs, etc. as Jira issues. This approach helps us provide a more seamless and intuitive way of test management.

Based on your request you may consider our app QAlity Plus - Test Management for Jira. The application is easy to navigate and user-friendly. You can easily create your test cases and execute them ad hoc or within a test cycle. What's more, during the execution you can effortlessly decide which step passed or failed, and you can create a bug. Please take a look:
Besides Test Cases, Test Cycles we also offer Test Execution Reports and Traceability Reports.
The Test Execution Report can be exported to the Excel file or/and displayed in the form of a Status Chart and Assignee Chart:
The Traceability Report summarizes bugs associated with test cases and their executions in the selected period.
