Which version of Jira we should use for the Product development as a PMU Team

Hi All, 

Can you please suggest Which version of Jira we should use for the Product development as a PMU Team to procure the licenses and is it cloud version ?

In what do we have all the Jira features for PM to prepare Project plan and Gantt charts and for DEV & QA  team to track the work.

Can you please advise me on this ?

I think that Jira Software premium would be the best option. But without knowing all the details this is hard to say.

As a team member of an Atlassian partner I would suggest that you buy your license through an Atlassian partner as they could help you in making the right decision.

I don't understand what version you are referring to.

But from the requirement I would suggest that its Jira Software 

Also In cloud Jira premium plan we have an option Roadmaps also. So it would be Jira Software Cloud Premium Plan you should consider.
