Why JIRA is not working since morning ?

Hi there,

  I am unable to login since morning in my JIRA account, tried in different browsers but getting same error

i.e Sorry, we had some technical problems during your last operation.

  Is there any technical issue with server or is it down for maintenance?, also I would like to know if there is any page or platform where we can see the status of JIRA if its down or having some issues?

If you are on Cloud, check http://status.atlassian.com/ and then raise it with Atlassian support if that does not explain the problem.

If you are on Server (you or a 3rd party host it), then contact your administrators.
