Why Jira customers in China cannot create account?

I am a Jira admin in North America, trying to sign up users in China.

They get the invitation via email, and enter a password, but the "Sign Up" button remains greyed out and un-clickable. Is this a China firewall thing or something else? How to fix?

Hi Ron - it is likely that the users in China are being affected by the "Great Firewall of China".  The reCAPTCHA service is supplied by Google, which is blocked.  Users will need to pass the "CAPTCHA" before the "Sign up" button is clickable.  Some customers have been known to connect to the Internet via a VPN service and access our services in that way.
