Why all of the attachements in my jira are not loading anymore?

I created a new project, moved some issues into it and added some security levels on that project specifically to limit issue views. 

After that none of the attachements on all the 20 projects we have running presently in Jira are loading. 

All issues are showing the message: "failed to load".

 

What is happening?

Looking back at this problem, there was an outage with our Cloud Media service on the date/time in question.  More details about this incident are in https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/incidents/b06y52dmc2lz

Sorry for the inconvenience here.  In the future, I recommend checking out our statuspage over in https://status.atlassian.com/ and should there be no documented incident at that time, please reach out to our support in https://support.atlassian.com/contact

I am also not able to add attachments to tickets. This is preventing me from doing my job as well. Please update us as to when this issue may be corrected. Thanks!

Just to complement, I created a new issue and added an attachement and the attachement is visible.
