Why am I not able to access a new project I created

I have created a new Business Project. The project shows up but when trying to access the project it tells me

"

This project isn't available

It may have been deleted or your permissions may have changed.

View a list of all projects"

Alternatively if i go to JIRA Settings >> Projects >> then I am able to select the project to edit it but still I am not able to get into to the project to work on it.

Check your permission scheme that is associated with the project. It sounds like your user has project administration rights but not browse (and other) rights to the project.
