Why am I not able to see workflow menu in a JIRA Story?

Hi Team,

Could anyone please help in identifying why am I not able to close this JIRA, LRDS-6188. the workflow drop down menu in itself is not available for this JIRA. How can I close this JIRA please suggest.

Check your workflow. Maybe the subtask is in a status from where there are no further transitions.
