Why am I seeing the "create" button when I am logged out?

Hi folks, 

I am seeing the create button on the toolbar when I am logged out. Any ideas why? Haven't been able to google anything really pertaining to this.

This is because one or more of your projects allows "Anonymous Access", i.e. anyone can create issues without logging in.  If you want to remove this, you need to edit the permission scheme for the project(s) and check the Browse issues and Create issues permissions.  You probably have these permissions granted to the group "Anyone".

If you want to know which of your projects allow anonymous access, just see which projects appear in the list when you click Create whilst logged out.
