If I open a JIRA from TEMPO and then attempt to use the Log Time option from JIRA, it won't let me type any time into the box intended for that purpose.
The actual situation is that I go back in my TEMPO history to find a JIRA I've worked on previously. Then I click on the link to open the JIRA because I want to enter time for today and not for the previous week (or month) where I found the JIRA in question. But when I click on "•••" on the JIRA page and select the Log Time option, the resulting dialog box has the Duration box disabled so that I can't enter any time in it.
But if I go to JIRA and hunt through the JIRA list there and open the same JIRA and go through the same steps as before, then it works just fine. It is only when I start from TEMPO that I have this trouble with JIRA. Solution?
Additional information is that I have two browsers available to me -- Firefox and Edge. I use Firefox exclusively but, as I said, I do have Edge available. So, I tried this scenario in Edge and the problem does not occur there. I also notice that when I click on the JIRA link in TEMPO that a second tab is opened. In the Firefox browser, if I then close the first tab (TEMPO) the second tab (JIRA) does not protect the Duration box when it comes to Logging Time. So, until this issue is fixed (if ever) I will just have to keep closing the first tab when I want to Log Time in the second tab via this method.

Sorry, I don't have it. But the upshot was that they placed full blame and responsibility on Mozilla to fix Firefox to resolve this issue -- something about cross-domain access to an iframe. Apparently, according to Mozilla, it is a security feature and not something that needs to be fixed.
Personally, I've done a lot of web page programming for half of my 40+ years of experience in the computer industry and this just tells me that the web page is coded using the wrong technique for handling the input field in question. But, what do I know? ;-)

Well that's dissappointing.
Yes, having anything on one tab guarding or interfering with anything on another tab is... that's like a rookie mistake yo.
