Why am I upgrading to Standart if I only have 10 users in the Jira app?

Tengo una pregunta más, en Jira solo tengo 10 usuarios y en Confluence solo tengo 13 pero me dice que es gratis. ¿Por qué estoy actualizando a Standart si solo tengo 10 usuarios en la aplicación de Jira?

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

Just with the information that you provided, I cannot answer precisely why you were moved to Standard, there can be a couple of reasons:

• It is free but you started a free trial of the standard license
• At some moment you had more than 10 users
• Others

You can see that there is a yellow alert icon in your Jira Software application, if you hover your mouse there you might find out the reason for it.

Otherwise, I strongly recommend checking with Atlassian support and raising a ticket with them to understand what is happening:
