Why are logged hours of a user for a day showing as previous day's in other user's account?

I observed the worklogs and seen that the actual time that the user gave in worklog is 3hrs ahead of the time that is showing for second person. This is from a plugin called- 'Timesheet Reports & Gadgets'. Does anyone know why is it happening like this?
