Why can I no longer tag people in JIRA?

Hello All,

Recently, I have lost the ability to tag any of my team members within JIRA tickets.  I used to be able to type @Name and get a drop down (like I did here and I saw the drop down), but that doesn't happen in my JIRA.  My team is able to do so, it's just me.

What can I do to fix this?

I would see if you have the Browse Users and Groups global permission.
