I am new JIRA and have been tasked with setting it up for the team.
I initially bulk imported a number of tasks into the project, so the default 'reporter' is me. Another user (the team lead) has now created some more issues in JIRA, therefore he is the reporter for those issues. The team lead has created and started the first sprint, the sprint contains issues where I am the reporter and some where the team lead is reporter. The active sprint board only shows the issues that were reported by the team lead? Why is this? and how do I get the active sprint board to show all the issues in the sprint?
Thanks
Solved. The board was configured to show swimlanes based on EPIC's, only the issues without an EPIC link showed on the board (which i dont quite undertstand), but anyway i have changed this to 'no swimlanes' and all the issues now appear on the board.
Hello,
Make sure that you have not enabled any quick filters in the active sprint screen. Also make sure that the JQL query for the board returns issues, which are missing. You can find the JQL filter for the board in the board settings -> general.

Hi,
There are no quick filters enabled on the board and the JQL query returns all the issues in the project.
It seems that the spriont board is only displaying issues that were reported by the team lead, and it is not showing the issues that i have reported.
I have tried changing the reporter to the lead engineer for some of these issues that wont show up bu that hasnt made any difference.
