Why can some of my colleagues not open Atlassian in Firefox?

Some of my colleagues cannot open Atlassian OnDemand in Firefox. She has version 12. Is this supported? She is on a controlled laptop and it is difficult to update software.

Firefox 12 should work fine. Ensure the URL is correct -- if it is, contact your company's IT support.

are these other sites extrenal or internal to your company? Is there a change that the prxoy settings are not correct in FF? There must be something common to those who can open onDemand or something common between the ones who can't

Yes, they can open other sites in Firefox. They get a timeout error back.
