Why can't I see any names in assignee drop down list

Hello,

Kindly check that the Assinable Users permission is set in the project permission scheme and your user has the Browse Users global permission.

Pls check whether Assignable User permissions have been assigned

Users with this permission may be assigned to issues.

PLease check is that you have the Assign Issues permission.

To check this please go to Admin --> System --> Admin Helper section click on Permission Helper and provide the details like User, Issue, and permission.
