Why can't I see my folder with Automation hidden?

Hi, I have a Structure with a folder in it that contains all of the query results from several generators. I created the folder at the root level. I also have several generators and filters. However, when I hide the automation, my folder disappears also. :(  I want to be able to shield my users from the complexity of the automation, but still allow everyone to view the folder and contents.

I tried creating a new folder and it too shows up when the Automation shows and is hidden when the Automation is hidden.

How can I fix this?  Thanks in advance ...

Hi @Anne Loomis ,

Maybe you have an active filter which does not return any issues from that folder.

Please, check if you have any active transformations, like in this picture:

Those transformations are only applied when the Automations button is not selected, and that's why they enter the scene when you unselect it.

You may click on that button to remove the filter.

Hope it helps.

Hello Anne,

Can you please share the screenshot of your structure in full before you hide Automation and after it? If it's more convenient for you, please send it to us directly at support@almworks.com and we'll gladly take a look at this behavior.

Also, please tell us if you have Jira for Server/Data Center or Jira Cloud. If it's Server/DC, please also tell us your current Structure version.

Best regards,
