Hi All,
I am unable to see the visual workflows when I click on "View workflow".
Whenever we click on the "View workflow" button, a blank window is displayed.
Please see attached screenshot for your kind information.
I have checked all permissions and are set correctly.
Kindly guide on the same.
Hi @Ganesh Satav ,
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
It sounds like a permission issue. Take a look at the solutions presented in this community question: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Unable-to-see-quot-View-Workflow-quot-option-in-JIRA-tickets/qaq-p/1969513
I hope that helps.
Cheers
Peter
Thank you for your reply.
I have checked the permission and it is set correct.
Please note that the view workflow button is active. When clicked on the "View workflow" button, a window pops up which show workflow visual. The workflow visual is appearing blank as shown in previous screenshot.
Kindly let me know your kind comments on the same.

Check your Jira log files, it might be that something is throwing an error. If it's not the permissions scheme it will be difficult to figure it out.
Does this also happen in other project with other workflows?

Hi all,
To those who are still looking for the answer for this issue, please refer to the solution provided in
As per the article, the issue is related to 'The Scheduler' plugin ver 6.6.0 (in our case).
Once we disabled the 'Create Scheduled Issue New Dialog Web Resource' module, it was working fine for us. Have to check if anything else gets affected when this module is disabled.
Thanks,
Vamsi

It can also happen when the window is zoomed in too much, the diagram can be off-screen.
