Why can't import ira cloud backup to a new organization?

I made a cloud backup from an organization and while trying to import it to another organization this error occurred i don't know why? It was worked normally before

There was an error importing file jira-export (4).zip. Please try again or choose a different file.

Hi Alaa,

Try to rename the file to a simpler name (e.g., jira-export.zip), ensuring there are no special characters or spaces. Also, verify that the ZIP file contains all required files and directories.

Thanks @Cristian0791 for your response. I already renamed it to the default name "jira-export.zip" and the issue is still exist
