Dear JIRA,
We're using the JIRA for customer service handling, and we found that cannot auto-assign cards to certain user via filter by label, could you please help to advise?
More details:
Current system linkage:
Shakebug -> JIRA -> CS' email
Workflow:
Whenever user create a feedback via phone, it will be recorded to Shakebug, and the Shakebug will create a JIRA card automatically into our board, the card will have label as 'shake' 'bug' or 'shake' 'question' or 'shake' 'suggestion'
What we did for automation rules:
Given a card be created on board
When the label of the card contains any of 'shake' 'bug' 'question' 'suggestion'
Then assign the card to user CS
And add a comment say 'Hi CS, could you please help to handle it'
The issue we met was:
The card cannot be auto-assigned, and showed the condition is not matched.
Could you please advise how to set the automation rules?
