Why create test doesn't work

When i select create test, a create issue form is displayed. I select "Test" in issue type field. Then create but no form for test creation is displayed. Please could you help me about this issue?

Hi and welcome to our Community!

I think you've forgotten about issue type screen scheme. In order to function properly, each issue type should have an appropriate create/edit screen assigned to it. This is accomplished through this:

Associating screen and issue operation mappings with an issue type

Please, have a look at it.
