Why did the width of the tickets increase in the Backlog in Kanban mode?

Hello,

Previously, in the Kanban mode, in the Backlog, both the tickets Selected for Development and the tickets in the Backlog were much thinner than the tickets in Sprint mode.

Why did this change and can I put them thinner as before (it's much easier to move them around across the backlog)?

Hi @Rita Moreira welcome to the Atlassian community.

I started a free trial few days ago and I did observed the same. However, in my official project Jira board, the tiles and cards are thinner. Seems like this is a new update or a fix from Atlassian.

We found out what was causing this - the team added the field Due Date.

Problem fixed!
