Why do I get logged out all the time?

I am admin. This didn't occur before, but lately, for the past few weeks. I get logged out frequently.  Many times a day. Before I practically never saw the login prompt.

Please (recommend) fix.

Hi George, 

Unless this timeout is recent, I doubt this is the case.  Like I mentioned earlier, I used to use Atlassian for months without prompt to login and I certainly was not using the service while sleeping. I've been prompted several times during a work day.
