Does anyone know how to fix it so each time I log in I don't lose my custom field columns in Jira Cloud List view? It seems to default back to these fields every time and lose all the custom columns I added to achieve the look on the screen I need. My teammates can't see the added columns either. I don't want to see Updated, Created, Reporter. But I do want to see other custom columns I've created. But I keep losing them then I log in each day. Is there an admin setting that will fix that?
Hi @Nicole Learn,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
The field settings in the list view is user specific and stored in a cookie, so when you close your browser, are you also clearing your cookies?

Did you get this resolved? It might also be a security setting in your browser, to not allow cookies. Does it work if you try a different browser? It might be worth checking with your organisation's IT department, if you have one!

... and just to put it out there: If you're looking for an immediate solution and are open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you may want to have a look at the app that my team and I are working on: JXL for Jira.
JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a range of advanced features - including support for (configurable) issue hierarchies, issue grouping by any issue field(s), sum-ups, or conditional formatting - and works across any number of projects.
Plus, all your view preferences - be it columns, grouping, filters, or your issues' expanded/collapsed state - are always persisted, so you'll always find your JXL sheet just like you left it. You can also save any set of preferences as a dedicated "view" that you can easily activate, but also share with your team mates.
This is how it looks in action:
Any questions just let me know!
