Why does GreenHopper stop working while JIRA still works when licences have expired?

Our licences for JIRA & GreenHopper have just expired. JIRA still works fine but a click on GreenHopper's Agile menu leads to the administration pages (UPM) - in other words all agile boards are inaccessible. Why is that? I always thought that the yearly fee is for support and maintenance only.

Iit seems that you bumped into a known issue with Greenhopper. Please try to do as per follows and see if this helps:
# Generate a new Greenhopper evaluation license from my.atlassian.com
# Update your Greenhopper license in JIRA using the new evaluation license
# Update back the license using your commercial license

(!) Please do not upgrade your Greenhopper version as you won't be able to use your commercial license back. (!)

My license for jira and greenhopper has expired 2 days ago.

The Jira is working fine, but greenhopper stop working.

I've followed the steps above.

When i've updated with the new evaluation license, it has worked (evaluation mode), and when i've set my commercial license back the plugin got disabled again.

Could someone help me?
