When I use the MS Edge browser I cannot see or use the 'Complete Sprint' or 'Start Sprint' buttons. If I use different browsers those button show fine and I can use them. I do have permissions as I am a site admin.

As long as were dealing with a supported browser, and Edge is, everything should work OK. I might suggest reaching out to Atlassian support and report this.

Yes it is, i have other colleagues who use Mac and PC with various different browsers who have seen the same thing.
