Why does the content from the description field gets lost in the transition from Confluence to Jira?

I created a intake form in Confluence for Jira Issues via the standard macros.

However, parts of the information in captured in the description field is not transferred into the Jira ticket. I know that there is a character limit per description field, however the limit is not exceeded.

can we have screenshot to understand the issue better may be Sometimes, special formatting or characters in the Confluence description field might not transfer properly to Jira. Try simplifying the text to see if that helps.

Thanks for your reply and advice, unfortunately I can't provide a screenshot. I've reviewed the formatting, but that did not solve my issue
