Why does user cannot find project?

All user joined a project, but user cannot search the project in view all project. Why??Please help

HI, check it by permission helper

<jiraurl>/secure/admin/PermissionHelperAdmin.jspa

Permission = Browse Projects

Make sure he is having "Browse Projects"Permission for that particular project.To check ouT in Permission scheme is the best way.
