Have setup JETI as I wish, but it doesn't send an e-mail when an issue is Resolved and someone comments on it (through mail). How come and where to set this straight?

Does the plugin work as it should in other cases?
Yes, it works like it should. Ok, i sometimes get errors, but that's because there's a loop then and it's with open or in progress issues. I have not done anything with post-functions so I'll have a look at that. Thank you.
