Why duplicate comments are added under a specific user ?

Hi, we have noticed that on a certain Jira project that has ALM plugin installed that when someone adds a new comment then after an hour or so the same comment is added again but under a specific Jira user. We don't understand what could be the cause of this strange behaviour. Any help would be appreciated.

Structure Cloud doesn't have a functionality for updating Comments at the moment. Please reach out to us directly at our portal: https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6/group/1051 so we could investigate this matter.
