Why epic name is not being shown in my card?

Welcome to the Community! If you're using a company-managed project you can configure the card layout to include the epic link. Would that work for you?

• Select your board
• Select More (...)-> Configure board
• Select 'Card layout'
• 'Add field'

Could you check if Epic is enabled on your Kanban board's card details section?

You can find the View settings dropdown menu in the top right corner.
