We were using the free version of Jira, as a team of 10 members, until at one point it randomly kicked us off of the program. It now wont let me access it, even though I have admin permissions, and is asking for me to contact the admin (which I am.)

I don't know why this isn't working, and would appreciate some pointers in the right direction.

Hello @Daniel Hebert

Welcome to the community.

Can you tell us the steps you are executing at what is happening?

Are you able to login to Jira?

Are you able to see other projects in Jira?

You said you are using the Free plan, which has a limit of 10 users. Have you checked https://admin.atlassian.com to see if you have exceeded the 10 user limit?

Can you login to the site and have no visibility to the project or can you not login to the site?
