Why is Smart Jira Project Config Docs plugin for Atlassian JIRA not available for my project after i

Installed Smart Jira Project Config Docs plugin for Atlassian JIRA but is not visible on my projects.

Following the documentation i would have a 'Configuration and Documentation' tab which is not visible on my settings..

In Jira Cloud you can access the smart documentation only under the Apps menu:

It is showing as enabled in Admin -> Manage apps?  Are you following the docs for the Cloud version of it?
