Why is ${field_Story_Points} in my Field Configuration and not "Story Points"

I am configuring the field descriptions for claycorp.atlassian.net instance and noticed there are two fields called ${field_Story_Points} in the Field Configuration.  Both descriptions state: ${field_Story_Points} created by JIM during import process.

I am confused on why this is there.  I tried to revert to the "Default Field Configuration" just in case someone added this during an import process.  

This is confusing with 2 fields labeled this and I cannot remove either of them.

All of my other instances, I have the field called Story Points.

I was able to delete those fields once I created a Scrum project.  This is no longer an issue.
