On my email I have a Jira Cloud plug in so I can attached the email chain to the ticket. Now when I try to link the email chain it does not load anymore and it says something is wrong.

I recommend you check with your sys admin to determine whether the plugin has expired or whether it was removed.

Thank you for answering me! I asked my supervisor and everyone else on my team has their Jira Cloud working. I tried deleting the plug in and re-downloading it but that didn't help either. @Fabian
