Why is my Jira slack bot posting twice?

My Jira bot posts ticket comments. I deleted it and reconnected, that worked for a little, but the next day I'm still having the same issue.

Hi Claire,

I found a similar Communities post about this issue titled JIRA Cloud comments notified twice in Slack. There is a bug that you can find at JRACLOUD-68452. Please watch the issue and you'll be notified when there is an update.
