Standard timesheet report (Jira timesheet plugin) cannot load data & timesheet configuration (admin) is also not accessible.

It doesn't matter whether I call up the timesheet from a project,

When the Atlassian product admin logs in, he no longer has access to the timesheet configuration for time tracking. No content is displayed.

Impact: We need the timesheet as a basis for billing our customers!

What error ticket number is there for this?

The problem is due to the third-party app "Timesheets" (Time Tracker - Jira Time Reports & Project Dashboard) from Tempo Software.

The error is known there (Tempo Customer Support) and is already under investigation.

We have an ongoing production incident on our products Time Tracker & Time Tracker lite (formerly known as Timsheets Reports & Gadgets and Time Reports).
Our technical team is aware of the issue and is actively investigating the cause. Rest assured, we are working diligently to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

The bug was fixed on 05/29/2024 according to Tempo Software Support.

We would like to inform you that our application is now fully restored and ready for use for all users. While some users experienced delays in the restoration process, we have now confirmed that the issue has been resolved across the board.

A retest was successful. Timesheet is displayed and working again.
