Why is the "Plan mode" disabled in the Rapid Board of imported project from Pivotal Tracker?

I've imported from pivotal tracker but the "plan mode" is disabled in the rapid board created by the importer.

Why is it disabled?

The plan mode is only available for Scrum - did you choose that, or Kanban?

Sure, the project is set to Scrum with enabling the feature of Rapid Board in the Lab.

Maybe the Rapid board was not created using the scrum preset as stated in https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/GH/Scrum+Board

Just try creating another board for the project...
