Why is the worklog time different from history time?

When time is logged to an issue the worklog reflects the time 4hrs earlier than actual time and history

It is possible that the issue is related to the time zone settings in Jira Cloud.  The default system timezone is only applied when no timezone was selected in personal settings. Therefore, verify and check the personal settings and ensure that the correct timezone is selected. Choosing a Time Zone.

Follow the below steps to update your timezone:

  • - Click on your profile picture > Personal Settings
  • - Select the correct timezone:
