We have many projects in Jira. One of our projects (infrastructure) that uses the default notification schema is getting messages in the activity log when an issue is created that says "[Actor] updated the client notification for [ticket number]"
The actor, in this case, is the actor we use in our customer support project (which uses a separate notification schema) not in the infrastructure project so I don't know why this action is taking place in infrastructure project tickets. Can anyone help?
Thanks,
Sara
I found the issue. We had a global rule that didn't identify the project in the JQL. It really should be a project-specific rule anyway.
