Why issues do not display??

I am using add-on (Insight) to manage assets. After I clicked "View all connected JIRA issues", there is error.

Also after clicking on "My Open Issues" ,nothing comes.

You need to use quote before and after the value "your field value".

The second error should be due to the permission, please add yourself according to this project permission scheme. https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Managing+Project+Permissions
