Could you please help us resolve the issue with accessing Jira and Confluence? Our team hasn't been able to continue working on the project for 4 days now.
The problem is that when trying to open Jira and Confluence, all team members see message - Page unavailable.
As an admin, I see the following message:
"App offline. This Jira is currently unavailable. Contact us at support.atlassian.com for help."
However, I couldn’t find a solution in the support resources or common troubleshooting guides. Could you please advise what might have caused the loss of access to the product and how we can resolve the situation to resume normal work on the project?
Thanks for reaching out to our Community to find out why your site and apps are not available. I saw that your site was deactivated due to a payment/billing issue.
Cloud site expired
Your Cloud site has expired due to inactivity or payment issues. If you need to update payment details, you can do so online at my.atlassian.com
You can also visit Update payment details to also address this issue, along with ensuring your contact emails and email settings are correct to ensure you receive communications from us in the future. Once you've done this, you should be able to reactivate your site. If you're unable to do so, please let me know.

Thanks!
I tried, but I have a free plan, which only includes self-service support options.
