Why my team cannot mention people in @people field type?

I have project list managed in JIRA Product Discovery and I make few new fields with @people field type to manage its Project Manager, Project Member, and PMO. I can mention people in JIRA smoothly but my team cannot though I have manage their authorization as administrator in Product Discovery.

Hi @Bonita Christy ,

I haven't used JIRA Product Discovery yet, but assuming this uses the Same permissions as Jira's Global permission you may want to check the below permission:
