Why my user can't create Sprint in Backlog

The user is the administrator of the Board but cannot Create Sprint.

Dear @Chonnakan Thammawichan ,

You might be having problems with permission. If the JQL usage in the board is dispersed across several projects, you will require permission for each project that can be included in a board, even if there are presently problems from just one project in your board. 

Please look on the JQL use in the board and make sure you have the permission for all projects.

Hi @Chonnakan Thammawichan welcome to Atlassian community.

If the board administrator can't see the create Sprint, that means:

1. He/she doesn't have the permission enabled Or he/she is not assigned to create Sprint roles. Kindly navigate to Project settings >> permissions>> create Sprint is enabled(assigned).

2. Recheck the board filters.

3. View and edit project role permissions
