Imported project using CSV file. There was no error during import and no error when I am opening "All work" tab, it is just empty. The fun fact that after I create one task manually I start seeing tasks on "All work" tab, but they are gone after page refresh.

Hi @Vlad Polishchuk and welcome to the Community!

I would not be surprised if this is an indexing issue. When you add items manually to Jira, steps are in place to automatically update the Jira index so your work items are correctly displayed immediately.

With a bulk import, this might take some time before the process takes care of this behind the scenes. I would expect the issue to resolve itself within a couple of minutes.

Hope this helps!

Hi @Walter Buggenhout

No, I have imported it a couple days ago and "All work" tab it is still not showing any issues. ChatGPT could not tell what is the problem. Atlassian AI assumes that it is mistake in import file, but I don't know what to fix. I have 1300+ rows and I can't review every cell.
