Hi there, have you launch multiple instance with the same address but different port number in the same machine? this will cause the cookies to be overwritten if users attempt to access it.
Try adding context path to your instance to see if this fixes your issue.

try look for path ="" in the server xml and change it to path ="/jira" for Jira.
Adding one context path should be sufficient to solve your problem.
