I noticed the workflow isn't the one I wanted after I created a few on a given JIRA project. Then I created a new Worflows for the project and assign all issue types to the newly created Workflows. After that, I created a new issue, I expected that the newly created issue should have the new Workflows that I specially created. However, I still got the default Workflows on that newly created issue.
What did I do wrong?
I can't do more work on these JIRAs until I straight out the problems on Workflows of the project as mentioned above.
For the previously created issues, I originally wanted to change the Workflows by moving to other JIRA project(need to create a new project for this purpose), or delete all I created and create new issues. However, the problem I discovered and described here prevents me to use 2nd option. But the 1st option isn't something upper management likes. So, what can I do?
Thanks!
Angela
Did you perform a re-index on the project after creating the new workflows and assigning issue types to them? I often find that resolves these sorts of problems.
