Why to the hyperlinks, embedded in a JIRA EXCEL export, no longer link back to the JIRA Issue?

I export issues frequently and use the hyperlinks to quickly navigate to an issue that needs editing/updating. As of recent the links do not work and display a Page Expired site.  https://mylogon.ehi.com/idp/A0110/resumeSAML20/idp/startSSO.ping

It seems that switching to single sign on broke the ability to leverage the links. Is this on the list to be addressed?

This is probably a problem with the local IdP or SAML configuration you're using rather than Jira.
