My sprint board is currently working well for the team and for our sprint report to show what has been completed in a sprint. The right-most column is "Done" and that reflects in the sprint report. What we now would like to do is do our release management process in Jira, but separate from sprints. I would imagine, we would introduce additional statuses beyond Done (e.g. Released to QA, Released to Prod). If issues move OUT of the Done status to those other statuses, would this effect the sprint report? Or is the sprint report "frozen" in time based on the status of issues at the completion of a sprint?
