Will participants in the request get notification that they have been removed?

If I remove people who are under "request participants", will they receive notification that they have been removed?

I understand you would like to know what happens to the notification, if someone removed you/other user from the request participant list from a Jira ticket. There are 3 scenarios possible here : 

1. User is just added as request participant.
2. User is added as request participant and they are watching the issue.
3. User is added as request participant they have voted to the issue but not watching.
4. User is added as request participant they have voted and are watching.

  Removed participants while they are not watching the issue :
  
  
  

RESULT : No notification was received.

• If participants are watching the issue : 
  
  
  Removed user while they are watching the issue :
  
  
  

RESULT : The user did get an email :

VOTE :
I did not see any notification for user who have voted when they were removed from the request participants.

I can confirm that user who are watching the issue when removed from request participant will get the email to say that they were removed.
